Do I need to install anything before using DocMR?
No. DocMR runs in the browser — on a computer, a tablet or a phone. Create an account and you can sign in from anywhere, at any time.
How do I transfer my patient data to DocMR?
Use our AI assistant to transfer your existing patients — or contact us for more information.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The free plan is free, and every paid plan and add-on shows its price before you choose it. Data migration, customisation and extra one-to-one training are quoted separately, and only if you ask for them.
Can I try DocMR before paying?
Yes — the free plan is a full account for up to 100 patients, with no card and no time limit. Move to a paid plan whenever you need more, and back again if you don't.
I work in several clinics. Can I manage them all from one account?
Yes. One account can hold several workspaces, each with its own patients, calendar and billing. The first workspace is included; additional ones are an add-on.
Can I ask for custom features?
Yes. DocMR is built around its users, and features specific to your specialty can be added. This is not part of the standard subscription — reach out and ask for a quote.
Might the subscription price change?
Your price is fixed for the duration of your current subscription term. If our prices ever change, the new price is published on this site and applies from your next term — and you are always free not to renew.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. An annual subscription runs to the end of its term and is not refunded for the remaining months. Either way you can export your data for free whenever you wish.
How is my data kept safe?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and backed up automatically. Our team runs regular audits to make sure the software is running smoothly.
Is my data sold or shared with anyone?
Never. We do not sell, rent or share your data or your patients' data with third parties, partners or affiliates. The only people who see a record are the people you add to your workspace.
Does the AI assistant see my patients' names?
No. Patient names are anonymized before they reach the AI assistant, and their phone numbers, emails, addresses and birth dates are never sent at all.
Do I always have access to customer support?
Yes. Our support team answers by email, phone or video call, and support is included in every plan.
Do I have to pay for updates?
No. DocMR is cloud-based, so every update arrives automatically and free of charge.
